Monthly Subscription

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Minimum order is 2 pairs per style. After subscribing and placing your first order of lashes, you will receive your package within 3-5 business days. Please note that you will also be automatically subscribed to our system as a monthly subscription customer. Our server is encrypted and fully SSL secured to protect your sensitive information.

Once you place your first order you will be billed every 30 days. (For Example.. if you subscribed on October 20th, your next monthly bill will be November 20th. Your package will then be shipped within 24hrs excluding Weekends and Holidays Hours.

*Take your time and pick your favorite styles and as many subscriptions as you wish!

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping is FREE for all our U.S.A customers. All shipments will include tracking number via USPS First Class Mail. All shipments go out Monday- Friday.

DO WE PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes we do for U.S.A residents only
As soon as your order ships out, we will provide you with a tracking number.


WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS INCORRECT AND THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION. UNLESS WE HAVE EVIDENCE OF A TRACKED ERROR ON OUR END.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES BY USPS.

RETURN POLICY
We do not refund due to hygienic nature. However, if you are not happy with your lashes, we will work with you to find a style that suits you! We suggest you try the lash style before subscribing to the monthly subscription.


HOW TO CANCEL
We do not charge a cancellation fee.
If you are in a monthly subscription and want to cancel or switch the eyelash style you must contact us 5 days prior to your billing cycle. (For example: You became a member on September 20th, your next billing date is October 20th, if you would like to cancel your subscription or switch your eyelash style you will have to contact us by October 15th. )

If your package has already been shipped out, we will only provide you a full refund if the package is unopened and not damaged (shipping fee will have to be covered by you.)
